A few years ago, I went to a different IVF clinic, and the doctor there was not supportive at all -- they didn't even remember me between visits, so I had to explain my symptoms from the beginning every single time. Unlike some other IVF facilities that maximize profit, Dr. Kuo will not just start or have a definite date when to harvest your eggs unless you will have the maximum result. It took us 5/6 months to have our eggs harvested but Dr. Kuo was so patient. My previous IVF doctor said I will have only 7-9 eggs a month since I'm older, but with Dr. Kuo I got 26 eggs harvested through patience and trusting in his expertise.

My husband and I are beyond grateful for the excellent care we have received from Dr. Kuo and his team. We're now looking forward to the next chapter in our lives with hope and excitement.

The skill and dedication of Dr. Kuo and his team is beyond anything that I imagined could exist. From the initial consultation I knew that I had made the right choice in choosing his practice.

During the consultation he explained everything in thorough detail presenting the information in an accessible way and answering all of our questions patiently. His immense knowledge is immediately apparent and I appreciated learning how his practice uses more specialized protocol than other clinics in many ways.

After the consultation you are assigned a care coordinator and put into a group chat with Dr. Kuo. Being able to have an almost immediate response time to any of my questions or concerns during this process was incredible and it made me feel extremely supported during a very vulnerable time. My care coordinator was Clarissa and she is absolutely amazing. She gave me encouragement, let me facetime her if I needed before injections and was an overall joy to talk to and be around. My experience would not have been the same without her.

During appointments I rarely had to wait more than a few minutes and every member of the staff was always helpful and friendly. Going to the office almost daily was a positive experience because of everyone's thoughtfulness and overall sense of care; you really feel like part of a family. Throughout the process Dr. Kuo provided thorough and consistent updates while always considering my well-being.

It was extremely difficult to navigate fertility issues for me and my husband. Once we had our consultation with Dr. Kuo, we placed a lot of our worries in his and the team's hands. And we're so grateful for the incredible care, attentiveness to detail, timeliness, and professionalism from everyone in the office. The line of direct communication is something I've never experienced in healthcare. Dr. Kuo encouraged us to text him any time, especially during the period of injections in preparation for the egg retrieval, which we did and he would respond even in the evenings. Initially, I had some naive expectations that the IVF process would be relatively fast, however I soon learned that Dr. Kuo does not prioritize fast results. He truly waits for what he deems to be the right time for the individual patient. We had our consultation in February 2024 and I am currently 11 weeks pregnant after our first transfer. If we decide to have more kids we would absolutely return to Dr. Kuo and his wonderful team.

Dr Kuo has changed my life. Not only is he a master at his craft, he is an amazing human being with so much compassion, he does everything wholeheartedly until it's perfect for the best results possible even if it means more work, time and energy for him. From the get go, Dr Kuo treated me like a real patient and not a cash cow. He is the most meticulous and detailed oriented, works 7 days a week, and even did one of my retrievals on superbowl Sunday! Holidays and pto don't faze him. He is the most transparent and honest professional I've ever met.

And if finding the perfect ivf doctor isn't enough, Blue, my patient coordinator, is a gem and one of a kind. In all of my rounds of ivf including all other locations, she's been the best I've ever had.

I am super picky and have very high standards and Dr Kuo and Blue set the bar so high that I don't think any other place will come close. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I wasted a lot of time, money and rounds at other places that didn't truly care about me as an individual. Dr Kuo has the highest success rate than any clinic in the world, why? Because he will go the extra mile and do extra things other clinics will refuse to do for the best chances of success. Dr Kuo thinks outside the box and all of his practices are tried and true. I believe everything Dr Kuo says and I'm 100% he's the best doctor ever and I had never felt that way for any professional. He has zero interest to cut corners and will give it his all. He is all in 100% for YOU and that's what I felt throughout all my rounds here. I've never met any professional that works 24hrs 365 days a year (he literally responds to all text messages with no delay) and that part I just can't figure out. But I believe his wholehearted dedication and passion in helping people is very humbling and doesn't go unnoticed. I feel so damn fortunate to have found Dr Kuo and Blue and it's the best move I have made in my life to have chosen this clinic.
